Encoding Migration
Revive Adserver requires all data in the database to be stored in UTF-8 format.
Users who have upgraded from much older versions may have a database encoding format that is not UTF-8, which may result in corrupted characters.
The Encoding sub-menu provides a pathway for administrators to provide their previous encoding format, and migrate all of their data from this encoding into UTF-8.
