Read Permissions
The web server requires the ability to read all Revive Adserver directories and files.
Write Permissions
The web server requires the ability to write to the following Revive Adserver directories and all files/directories under these locations:
var var/cache var/plugins var/templates_compiled plugins www/admin/plugins www/images
Under the Banner Storage Settings, it is possible to configure the location of Webserver Local Banners to be either a custom local directory, or a remote FTP server.
If a custom local webserver directory is used, then the recursive write permission to the Revive Adserver www/images directory above is not required - instead, recursive write permission on the custom local directory is required.
If a remove FTP server is used, then the recursive write permission to the Revive Adserver www/images directory above is not required - instead, the FTP user account must have appropriate permissions to allow files to be written to the Host Directory defined.
